  • Services: All services provided by suppliers through the platform, such as construction, material supply, and transportation services.

  • Kuwaiti laws: All laws and regulations in force in the State of Kuwait.

2. Acceptance of conditions

  • Contracts: Contracts between the customer and the supplier are the sole responsibility of both parties, and the platform is not a party to them.

  • Conflict resolution: The platform provides a mechanism to help but does not guarantee that the dispute will be fully resolved.

5. Prohibited Content and Behavior
